Shipping policy

All Inside Joke items are made to order, which means we start creating your piece as soon as you purchase it. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If a package is marked “Delivered” but doesn’t appear, or if it seems stalled in transit, reach out — we’re here to help troubleshoot.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once a new address is provided (additional shipping costs may apply) .

Because everything is custom-made, we don’t accept traditional returns, but if something arrives damaged or defective, just email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
