Refund policy
We want you to love your order from Inside Joke. Everything we make is produced on demand (printed or embroidered just for you), so we don’t keep inventory or offer traditional returns. That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right — we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email us within 30 days of receiving it with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.
Lost Packages
If your order seems lost in transit, reach out to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a package gets returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed, it’ll be sent back to our printing facility. We can reship it once you provide an updated address — reshipping costs apply.
Change of Mind / Size Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please double-check the size guide before ordering!
Hygiene Items
For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on items like face masks or other sealed goods that can’t be resold.
EU Customers
Since our products are made to order and customized, they’re exempt from standard EU withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU Articles 16(c) and (e).
